Automatically Backup Address Book and iCal

Hello fellow MacRumorians,

I'm looking for a way to back up my address book and iCal calendars automatically. I know you can go into Address Book and iCal and export the data, but is there some way to automate this? I've automated backing up all of my other data via Automater, is there some way I can export my address book and calendars through an automated process? Thanks in advance

~/Library/Application Support/Address Book
~/Library/Application Support/iCal
