Automatically Print Mail.app attachment?

Is it possible to write a script (applescipt or automator, or even a shell script) that will automatically print messages that fall under a certain category, or even better, print an atachment from that message?

I'm trying to make my computer work like a fax machine in that I'll receive a pdf from a certain sender (i already have rules set up to send these messages to a different folder) and the pdf will be printed from an attached printer.

Running latest OS X.
