automatically removing red eye with photoshop

so i recently bought Abdobe photoshop for my mac, and i when i had this
program on my pc it would automatically remove all the redeyes in my pictures when uploading them onto the computer and it would put all the fixed pictures into the same folder as the originals, i was wondering if there was a way to do this on the mac as well in stead of having to use iPhoto to remove all the red eyes as i want to be able to have all the pics in one folder and be able to open them in the Finder instead of having to use iPhoto to open the pictures
