Automatically switching audio sources when Bluetooth headset is connected?

I currently have a Mac Mini, External Speakers, and a Bluetooth Headset. I wanted to know if there was a way to automatically switch audio to the Bluetooth headset once it turns on instead of manually going into the preferences and switching over?
