Automatically Sync Camera Roll to iPhoto?

Hey guys,

Is there a way to automatically download photos from my iPhone's Camera Roll (photos I take on the phone) into an event in iPhoto (or anywhere on my computer for that matter)? I know I can manually import them, but I can't find a way to have them automatically download. Am I missing something, or is this not possible?

iMac, Snow Leopard, iPhoto '09, iPhone 4
