Automatically turn off apps when on battery

Hello guys,

I would mind if one of you guys know how to turn off apps automatically when on battery. When my MBPr is on AC adapter, it runs Plex, Skype, WeatherHD, Adobe Cloud, Dropbox and Google Drive. All of these apps uses much battery. How do I turn these off automatically?

...and, can I automatically relaunch these apps again when I'm on AC adapter?
