I have three Apple TVs. Just today, I was happy to discover the "One Home Screen" setting, which helps manage them, but I'm curious: When app login credentials are changed on one device, is there a way that they can be automatically updated on the other two Apple TVs?

Account management is becoming a real pain as glitchy apps are reinstalled and forgotten passwords are updated on one device and then that change has to be applied to the other two. Forget to make the changes to the other two immediately and not write down the password, and you're back to Step 1.

No login details are not transferred over from one device to another.
Some apps however may prompt you if you want to log out of all devices once a password has been changed or keep the connection active until you next log out.

If you’ve got an iPhone or iPad then keychain makes this process easier as all passwords are saved on the iPhone/iPad, when you highlight the login box you’ll get a prompt on your screen and you just select the login option and it’s done pretty seamlessly.

If you have traditional cable or satellite subscriptions (which Apple TV remembers) sometimes an app will ask you "Do you want to login with your cable/satellite connection?".

Unfortunately most 3rd party (streaming) app have to be logged in again after password changes. At least that is my experience so far. Some apps that use the AppleID (App Store) for accounting may sync automatically.

But as said by others, the Keychain is probably the most convenient way. That means on all Apple ID's and connected devices the iCloud Keychain has to be turned on and you'll have to use those iPhones/iPads to get the apps on other AppleTV's in sync again.

Maybe iOS17 / tvOS17 can make this more smooth with a shared Keychain.

For what its worth, at home we have several services that all have their own credentials, but the moments when I have to sync all AppleTV's (or iPad's) are rare. I did have one app that lost its connection every few days on multiple devices, except on one AppleTV.
