I was trying to setup several automations on my iPhone 16 and Air, but none of them worked.

  • When I arrive at the office (specifying address), the phone will go into silent mode.
  • When I arrive at certain location (possible multiple locations and specifying addresses), the phone will announce a message.
  • Each weekday, at a specific time, open one of my app.

I would say the first two or more complicated because it relies on the maps being on all the time. Theoretically it should work based on how often it checks the location. Maybe try something more concrete like connecting to your office Wi-Fi network and then running the automation. Whenever I arrive at home and the phone connects to my home Wi-Fi network shortcuts puts my phone into airplane mode so I use Wi-Fi calling instead and vice versa when I leave home. This works all the time for me.

The third one works on my phone but it just gives me an notification.
