Automator - Advance name changing workflow

Hello,
I need some help with making a workflow that will rename allot of files after a patter where the values change all the time.

This is how the name is now:
[PID] (ID) Photo name (Photographer) (Date) (Location)

And I want it to look like:
Date Location, Photographer - Photo name

I would be more then happy if someone could help me. Thanks.
