Hello all,

This issue(?) potentially spans several areas - so I'm not entirely sure where to put it.
Regardless, hoping someone can assist with the following - trying to confirm if the issue sits my side only, or is how things are currently...

1.) Has Word/Automator stopped supporting(?) the Convert Format of Word Document option 'inside' Automator?

Background:

As can be seen here - there were several options available to people who wanted to batch convert Word documents into PDFs, using Automator and its workflow options - specifically the one listed above.
These articles all stem from early-2015 and before - and now that I'm trying to do the same, I've hit a wall. The Convert Format of Word Document is simply nowhere to be found inside Automator - so presumably(?), Word 2016 no longer allows for it?

I've tried my hand at the variety of AppleScript samples that were on offer, and unfortunately, they all produce the same error, which presumably(?) means something has changed in El Cap, that has affected the script...

So I'm pretty stuck at the moment, and faced with doing a whole bunch of conversions manually...

[The AppStore apps mostly seem to convert from PDF >> Word, OR, do not accept .doc/.docx files as input options - which is why I'm hoping I missing something in Automator...]

Would be very appreciative of somebody who has Word 2016 installed, opening up Automator, and checking if Convert Format of Word Document is available to them as an action option...

Many thanks!
