I just tried Automator's watch me do for the first time. I was experimenting with resetting the mac to mimic a PC monitor for web design purposes and found reverting tedious. So I had Automator 'watch' while I reset it in System Profiler.
Then I reset it and told Automator to Go for It. The odd result: it works- all the right clicks and the screen is back to :apple: normal, but Automator says it failed! I've seen plenty of posts about this process being out of whack, but I've never heard of it working but Automator still giving an error. Anyone have any clue about this? Or at least where I can look it up?
