Automator multifolder copy

May be the title doesn't explain, but my problem is this, i've been working with automator for a while, and it's awsome, but there are some things that i still can't do. The deal is that I'm working on my thesis and there are some experiments i need to repeat with diferent inputs, for that i have many folder with similar numeric names, and I need to copy certain file and folder in each folder because the folder already has the inputs, is there any way to make automator to choose many folder as destination?

I suppose you could make a sequence of actions that copy the files to the intended folders. If that doesn't work, AppleScript is your best friend - I know it can do this.

Mmmm.... there are almost 100 folders, so making an action that big isn't the idea. Yeah i know applescript rules but is not as easy as automator
