Automator noob = me

hi guys, I wan't to record a task and have automator perform that task at a certain time, for example:

I'll get automator to record me mouse clicking msn messenger icon, and then double click on one of my friend's and send him the message "hi, I'm awake". Then, I will get automator to perform this task every morning at 3 am.

Is this possible?

You might be better off using Applescript for this and attache the script to an iCal alarm that goes off each day at 3 AM.

I'm not sure if MSN supports Applescript, but I know Adium does and Adium will run on MSN. Just an idea.
