Automator + Pages + iDisk

I have never used Automator before, so please forgive me if this is impossible, or a stupid question.

Is it possible to set up an Automator action which would achieve the following;

-A specified Pages file (My CV) is updated and saved

-Automator creates both a .doc version and .pdf version, in addition to the .pages file.

-All three files are then uploaded to my iDisk, overwriting any old versions.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
