macOS Automator question: check for specific appointment in calendar

Hi!
How can I build a small automation action to check my calendar and give me notifications?

It should look like this:

If latest appointment with <contact from application contacts (specific list)> is more than 6 months: give notification in the upper right corner of my screen.
