Automator script/app not working from dock

Hi Apple Gurus,

Does anyone know how to make an Automator script/application launch from the dock?

From Automator, I used the "Quit All Applications" function and was able to use it. But I have to either look it up on Spotlight or Finder to launch it. It won't launch from the dock, when I created a shortcut to it.

Any help is appreciated. :apple:
