Automator syncing to iPhoto

Hello MacRumors
I've created a folder action, that allows all my Dropbox videos/pictures to be uploaded to my iPhoto library instead of the Dropbox folder.

It works when I'm at the mac, but if I for example had my Mac shut down/logged out and I'm opening my Mac the uploads from Dropbox will sync to the Dropbox folder, as expected. But the folder action that allows it to sync with iPhoto isn't working.

It's like I need to tell it to start automatically, but how??

I really hope you can help me with this!
