macOS Automator to D/L pics from SD card help!

Hoping for some help/advice with Automator. Would love to be able to perform the following workflow:

1. Place SD card into iMac
2. Jpegs and video files automatically download to a new folder in Pictures folder.
3. Prompt me to give new folder unique name.
4. Delete files from SD card after successful transfer.​

Is this possible? Thank you for any help/insight!

You can use and modify the workflow to your needs. Some actions aren't really necessary but I left them in.
