Automator to email pages doc

Every week I email a pages doc, converted to pdf, to a group of recipients. Is there a way to make Automator do this with a few keystrokes? I know next to nothing about automator and my few attempts to make something have failed. Ugh. . .

Might be easier to create a "Group" in contacts and just email it that way...a few keystrokes.

That's what I do now. It just seems nice to be done with the doc, type command something or other and have it export and email on it's own. Seems like the sort of thing automator is for. I could be wrong.
