Autorotation does not work

It seems the new sensors in Iphone 6 for autorotation don't work. I can rotate phone but apps like safari don't rotate until I hit home and go back into Safari.

Is any ales having this issue? It doesn't always happen but it does.

I had that problem with the plus I had for a few days. But I haven't had it since I traded the plus in for the regular sized 6.

I think this is a software and not a hardware issue. I have a particularly hard time with messages. It likes to get stuck, especially in landscape.

I have the same issue. It gets stuck in landscape several times a day, pretty irritating.

As dumb as this sounds... calibrate your compass/level app where you do the ball rolling thing and let us know if that helps solve the problem.

I have a 5s with latest IOS... have seen this problem pop up recently and find it annoying..
