Autoshow the attachment in a message in Mail

I was wondering how to automatically show the attachment in a mail message

( I know you can click the down arrow, but most messages I receive have an attachment, and that becomes quite cumbersome.)

Also is there anyway to make it so a company logo sent in a signature of an email doesn't show as an attachment?
