Hi,
I am on High Sierra on a Macbook Air.
Ever since the New Year, my dozens of autotext entries mysteriously get deleted/disappear every time I quit the Word program.
It's driving me insane. I need a fix desperately.
when I try to close Word, I get this message: changes have been made to the global template, do you want to save these changes?
In the past I have always said no in this case.
But even if I say yes and it prompts me to save the normaldotm file, it won't let me save it with a new name.
Then when I restart the program, all my entries are gone
