I think its Auxo, i have it updating now and will Report. I have Intelliscreen up to date and the folders are fine. Which means all it can be is Auxo. Will update this post once Auxo is Updated.

Update: Very strange, Both Auxo and Intelliscreen X are up to date and i don't have that issue. I have an iPhone 5 on 6.1 i dont know if that makes a difference from an iPad.

i had auxo previously installed on my device and it did something similar to yours. unhide one of my apps, did a respring with auxo and all icons disappeared beside the one that i unhide. after i uninstalled auxo, i havent come across with same issue yet. other apps that i have that has the respring option i dont have any problems with. if its auxo-related, im not quite sure.

Finslly think it was badgeremover

There was a swift update thst i missed

After i removed it, problem seemed fixed

I don't even have to look at the OP & I can tell u right now, it's Auxo. The devs really screwed up development of that app. Great idea but poorly executed with way too many bugs. I regret buying it

I downloaded auxo, but didn't like it. I also noticed it made all my animations look slower. I uninstalled it, but now my animation when closing a folder has a weird glitch...the white outline of the folder lags slower than the rest while closing, causing s very annoying white line to linger every time. Strangely enough, it only shows when I have Accelerate or another animation speed tweak enabled (no lag glitch with the turned off) but there was no problem whatsoever before Auxo
