AV using iPad dock w/ ip4?

I'm looking for a docking solution for my iphone 4 in my car. I was wondering if the iPad dock does audio AND video from the 30 pin dock connector? The line out does me no good in my car, i have a usb AV cord that will plug right in do the dock and i want to be sure that my Music and Video will pass through to my head unit using the 30 pin connector.
