Availability more than capacity USB El Capitan

Hi,

I noticed that the information about Capacity and Availability of an USB pen drive are messed up. I get more Availability than capacity, especially if the filesystem is FAT or ExFat.

I tested more than a couple of USB pen drive on 3 macs running 10.11.1. Another interesting thing is that each mac was providing different info about the available space.

Anybody else with the same experience? i guess it is some kind of bug (as it appears on 3 new macs).
