availability of 24" refurbished LED display?

Based on a lot of your advice/council I am going to buy a 13" (instead of 15") MBP and use it with a 24" refurbished LED display for the need of art work related work. It seems that they are tough to find and the 27" are physically and economically too big.

How often do they come around and if I do not find one. Whats a non Apple monitor that you recommend around 21"?

Buy this and buy it now before the coupons expire. I have the 23" version and it is an amazing monitor. At this price, it is a no-brainer.
