Availability page on Apple's website?

I remember last year apple set up a page on their website where you could check the availability of the 3GS at their in-store locations. I can't seem to find that this year if there is such a thing.

Nope. Didn't do it this year. I have no idea how accurate it was in previous years, but maybe since it was not real time, it caused customers to go to the store to find out they didn't have any phones. Customer makes a scene. Manager forces to get the fire extinguisher out and have 'em hauled away like Veruca Salt.

Probably true. I remember it wasn't entirely accurate, although it did help.
