The Apple website shows the iPhone 4 shipping within 3 weeks. What are my chances of walking into an AT&T or Apple Store and picking one up? (16GB if it matters)

local apple stores and best buys have 16 and 32 in stock, at&t store was 7 day wait. Cleveland, Ohio

I just called my "local" Apple Store and the lady told me that they only get restocked twice a week and then sell all iPhones in one to two hours. She said I should wait a few months and then try to get one.
