Avast randomly installed on my Macand won't completely uninstall

Hi,

I have downloaded Filezilla on my Mac and it somehow downloaded Avast antivirus software as well in the process. Although I have removed most remnants of the app, there is still something remaining:

I couldn't get the Avast.app thing deleted, with nearly everything I have tried. What can I do for that? I just think that thşis antivirus software is just a virus itself.

I think of Avast as malware, these days, ha ha!

It looks like those files are in /Library/StagedExtensions, am I right? According to this (https://eclecticlight.co/2018/01/02/the-app-you-cant-trash-how-sip-is-broken-in-high-sierra/ ) they are protected by SIP; you can boot in Recovery mode and then use 'rm' (without disabling SIP) to get rid of them.
