Avatar glitch on 2020 iMac?

Hello, when I set up my new 2020 iMac I decided it was time to change my avatar. It’s been the robot for years so I changed it to the lightening on the iMac. I saw that it changed in the system preferences window and also on the log in screen on the iMac, as well as my iPhone. A few hours later I go to log back in and I notice that the avatar is back to the robot on the log in screen. I check my iPhone and it’s still the lightening, so I log in and check the system preferences window and it’s still the lightening there as well. So, I log out again to double check and it’s still the robot. So I changed the avatar again, this time to the target. it changed on my iPhone and in the system preferences window but the log in is still the darn robot. It’s bothering me ha. Any ideas?
