Avatars not updating

I uploaded a new avatar yesterday afternoon (early afternoon) and it's showing fine in my profile page, but the main avatar used in the forums hasn't been updated yet. Usually it's updated within a few hours max. Also I noticed this happening for Sayer too. Any ideas?
