iOS AVAudioPlayer is giving me hard time programming my iPhone app.

While I can listen to my music with the original apple app any way I want; that is with earphones or without.
When it comes to my own app, I can hear the sound only through earphones using a TRRS connector.

In other words I cannot hear anything without earphones or with earphones using a TRS connector.

If any one has an idea about, how that can happen, I'd be grateful to read about it.
I must be doing something wrong, obviously, but I have no idea what.

For the information I am using AVAudioPlayer to play sounds in my app.
