Oh praise the lord. Apple now supports AVCHD in iPhoto 9.3. Expecting to see support in it's other products like iMovie and Final Cut soon.

Yea if the Fans would have complained a long time ago they would have included this feature already, however the rediculous cult like following allowed the present state of affairs, leaving MAC's in the dark as far as video editing is concerned for the averge consumer... offcourse you can buy FCX but this is not for the average joe and the cost adds another $300 to a computer already on the high end price range...
