hello all

I have a 13inch uMBP,

In os x istat menus usually show my computers cpu diode idle temp between 50 and 55C. My cores however are between 35-40C

In windows, after some troubleshooting my cpu diode is a little higher than in os x +/- 5C. But my core temperatures remain the same.

The laptop itself feels a little warm ont he bottom but other than that its pretty nice.

My question is do i pay more attention to the cpu core temperature or cpu diode temperature? I used to build computers in my spare time (for fun), and for them, I would always pay attention to the core temperatures since that is where the heat is generated and, I didnt even get a cpu diode.

Any feedback is appreciated
