6) Personal and/or Business use
7) Wi-Fi access (Work, Home)

Sorry, but the average usage by anybody else means nothing. You already should know what YOUR usage is.

Heck on my family plan with 4 iphones, the avg usage over the past 6 months is

2.1 gb
600mb
240mb
less than 1 mb

What good does that do for anybody?

1) 500MB between two devices
2) 4G LTE and 3G
3) Verizon
4) Two
5) Droid RAZR and HTC Incredible
6) Personal
7) Wi-Fi access
8) Email, surfing, short movies via Youtube, streaming music via Spotify
9) Just started tethering this month but don't have much use for it

I agree that you should look at your own usage first.

1) 120 MB
2) 3G
3) AT&T
4) 1
5) iPhone 4
6) Personal
7) Wi-Fi at home, not at work
8) Browser, maps, twitter/fb, mail, some games
9) Nope

What does my data usage have to do with your or anyone elses data usage?

1) <200MB
2) 3G
3) ATT
4) 1
5) 4s
6) personal
7) both
8) all
9) no.

I am almost always around wifi so my data consumption over 3 g is small.

4) 3
5) 3 iPhone 4 White from Verizon, two 32GB and one 16GB
6) 2 devices for personal use for my wife and I, another for work. I know its weird to have 2 iPhones with the same colour with no whatsoever thing to differentiate between them.
7) Both
8) I don't usually consume media. Most of the data is consumed by my wife for her obsessive movie watching.
9) Not for me but my wife does for her new iPad (WIFI)
