I'm positive they will have SOME of everything.
It will probably come down to lots and lots of 6's, and very few 6+'s, but I'm sure they will have a couple models of each variation, just get there as early as possible
If you want the Plus, they are going to be really sparse this weekend. Be prepared that you may wait and they may not get any in stock or there won't be enough.
I'm not allowed to comment on such things and give information because of the NDA my employers make me sign when I take my bite.
However I'd like to think Apple will give just over a thousand reasons for people to own an iPhone 6, but I worry those after a 6 Plus may be left counting only a dozen reasons why they are the lucky ones.

Also, I'm waiting to hear about how much stock the Apple Stores in Australia might have. I think they open in just over an hour.
