In everyone's experience, how long did it take to get your macbook, mbp, mba, imac, etc. back after shipping it to an official Apple Repair Center from the day they received the computer to the day it was shipped back to you?

Changed days now I presume, but back in 2002:

Dropped my PBG4 in a dash for the airport, inside it's bag. Everything fine except the DVD drive. Took a day or two to get through on the phone, bu when I did:
"A courier will be there in 10 minutes to drop off a box to pack it in, with details of how to call them back to pick it up". this was about 3.45pm on a Monday.
Courier was on time and I made them wait while I dropped it in the box, sealed it and handed it back. Away by 4pm.
Then I followed it online.
Airport ah hour later
evening flight to Frankfurt
night flight to Hamburg
received by Apple the next morning
then back to Hamburg airport for Wednesday morning
flight to Frankfurt
noon flight back to Edinburgh
back to me before 5pm.

But that was back in the day when a PBG4 cost $5000.
