iOS Average waiting time for 'in review'

I submitted my app about last week and has switched to 'in review'.

The only problem is that it has been a full 48 hours in that 'in review' state.

What is the average time for apple to review a single app?

Normally not more than a few hours, but 48 hours has happened to me too, and the app got approved after that.

I spent 24 hours in review, But then after it was approved it took almost 24 hours preparing for the App store or something like that. The whole process was 7 days from submit to on the store.

Generally they're only in review for a few hours, but it's not uncommon for them to take until Monday afternoon if they switched into review anytime from Friday afternoon until Sunday night.
