AVerMedia AVerTV Hybrid M with OS X10.11.3

Hello, few years ago I used this usb TV tuner to watch TV. It was working fine on my MBP Mid 2010. After I upgraded my Mac OS to 10.11.3, the system keeps saying that the device cannot be found. I contacted AVerMedia. They sent me a software download link. The software cannot solve the problem and they have not replied for a few days. Anybody has the same compatibility issue?
