AVG scans to much!!

In Windows XP....

I have AVG antivirus and the latest version of Mac drive. In explorer it's drive F.

Every time AVG scans it's does the whole thing drive F and all. This takes literally hours. The options for complete test, which is what it always wants to do, is greyed out so you can't change anything.

Anyone know these progrms well enough to shed some light on how not to get it to scan the Mac partition.
