AVI & Subtitles to Divx Converter?

Hi,

I have a .avi movie file and an .srt subtitle file which i need to combine and save as a divx file in order to get the subtitles to work on my ps3.

Is there any good app out there that can do this?

How about using iSubtitle to merge the avi and srt. Then use ffmpegx to convert the avi to divx or whatever.
