.avi to DVD with subtitles (.srt) without loose quality?

hi there, I want convert a .avi to DVD (for play on dvd player) with the option of subtitles, but dont loose any of the quality of the .avi on the final DVD.

any software for do that?

DVD studio Pro 3. Download it and try to import the files. If there is any way that DVD studio Pro will let you import the .srt files, please let me know.
