I recently got an iPod touch I have downloaded some avi's for it but I need suggestions on what to use to convert them and what resolution to use

and resolution is up to u, id use 320x240 (the ipod classic resolution, but still looks good) if you want to save space, and 480x320 for those movies u really care about and want to see in there best
