.avi to .mp4

Hi all,

I have been using Handbrake to convert my .avi to .mp4. However, i'm having a few problems. Every time I start to convert, it says "handbrake quit unexpectedly". I try to reload and it does the same. I have tried other software like VideoMonkey and it does the same.

Any ideas? Thanks

Did you recently update Handbrake? If so and that's when your problems started, see if you can find an older version.

Other than that I would try different .mp4 settings to see if the setting you originally chose is causing the app to fail.
