Hello!

I just switched to Mac a few weeks ago and I love my MBP, but one question: sometimes when I'm typing (like in this window, for example) a dialog will come to the foreground (either from the current program or one running in the background), and then quickly disappear. Evidently by the fact that I was typing, I either dismissed the dialog box/warning, or OK-ed it. This is a little bit of a pet peeve for me, because I don't want to be just making changes to my computer or OKing things willy-nilly! So, is there any way I can set it so that dialog boxes and pop ups only respond to the mouse, and not just the fact that I happen to be typing on my keyboard?

Thanks in advance!
