General Avoid further "Over the Air" IOS 7 IOS Updates - For the Kids

I have jailbroke several IOS devices for my 4 kids today, but I am worried that they may accidentally update (over the air) when the next IOS update become available, which would probably close the jailbreak.

Does the current jailbreak lock the "over the air" capabilities? And if no, is there a tool that can do so? I remember using a program called "No Update" with IOS 5.
