Don't get stung like I did...

Sometimes it is best to type Macbook Caddy into the search instead of Optibay when trying to find a 2nd HD caddy.

And, it doesn't end there, I remember I bought an Optibay years ago for My Pismo, it fitted, was a SATA to PATA Optibay and it worked well for booting the System of, the strange thing was though that if I booted of the normal HD and copied Data to or from the Optibay the data was many times corrupted.

This is probably not an issue anymore since there is no Data conversion needed, it's all Sata.

I have no problem with "Fake" products being made aslong as they work. If the people selling the ones on the left made them more like those on the right then everyone would be happy. This is a caddy after all, its not something that IF DONE RIGHT would cause much risk.

However, the one on the left was done badly and CAN cause damage and should be highlighted.
