Does the AW3 work with iOS 10. I have a 7 plus but hate iOS 11 am I gonna be forced to update it or is 10 fine

To Take advantage of watchOS 4, it will require your iPhone to have iOS 11 installed.

AW Series 3 runs WatchOS 4 out of the box. iOS 11 is required for WatchOS 4 so you would have to update to iOS 11 to set up an AW 3 with your iPhone 7+.
