AW 5 battery indicator not accurate dying at 15-20%

I've had my AW 5 since launch and am getting about 30 hours or so battery life which I'm ok with and seems about right. The problem is with the battery indicator. Once charged fully to 100% it can take 2-5 hours or more to move from 100%. It then drops about 3% per hour until it gets to about 15-20% battery it just dies, no warning or nothing. The longer it stays at 100% the faster it dies at a higher percentage. I've upgraded to 6.1.1, repaired the watch several times etc. with no luck. Is this normal? I would think it would run down to almost 0% and give warning that's it low etc. like every other device I own with a battery.
