Apple store tech said reset all the settings to cure a battery problem. This did not work and accounts for a series of errors to follow.
I could not get AM to play from my AW so I had to unpair then pair again my AW.
Somewhere along the way, my AW stopped ringing for incoming calls.
I have followed all the 'solutions' one finds around the web. For the moment, the only way for me to get anything other than a haptic notification is to leave the chime on at all times.
I did not keep a map of all the configuration settings, but this is so frightfully simple that I must be staring at the train bearing down on me.
What suggestions should I pursue at this point?
 
This problem is not yet resolved. What other setting am I missing?
